I enjoyed your article on Hart's Battery. The Missouri State Museum in Jefferson City has a large Confederate first national color that I believe was the one lost at Pea Ridge. In the center of the white stripe are two crossed cannon bearing the inscription "Hart's Ark. Batt./Dallas Artillery." I worked there as a curator before I retired and viewed the flag many times. To my knowledge it has not yet been conserved and is still in storage.
