Can yoiu identify which Companies were Conscripts?

Company A was Capt Hicks and it existed before Consription

Company C & D were Hookers company and existed before Consctiption.

I have a reference to a Captain Stephenson's Company participating in a fight at Cotton Plan on May 17, which was before Hindman started enforceing Conscription. If that is Company B, then they probably weren't conscripts.
