Re: Bentonville's Confederate Cave true or false?

I went through the cave in the early 1970's. it was a mile or so west of Bentonville on highway 72, it was on the left side or the south side of the highway and not much more than a hundred yards south of the highway. If I remember correctly the old man that ran the cave and lead tours by way of a string of electrical wire and standard light bulbs, also had a few artifacts he said was left by confederate soldiers that hid in the cave. It had a lot of running water, big rocks, and maybe 50 yards deep angling down to the water. You could stand at the entrance and just about see the whole cave. It was like picking up a blacksmith's hot horseshoe, it didn't take you long to look at it. I believe the admission was $1.50 each.
