Thanks again! I had meeting at the convention center today, so I dropped by the Butler Center at lunch and was able to quickly find the letter.

Learned a couple of important lessons. First, the image quality on the microfiche is much better than the online services, and the modern microfiche readers are light years ahead of what we had 20 years ago, found may page and then emailed the image to my self, at no cost! Outstanding!
