An article in the Little Rock Daily Arkansas Gazette of
June 5, 1903 (Pg. 3, c1) "Flowers For Southern Graves"
credits Gus Hudson with carrying the Colors at some battle.
Buried in "Confederate Park".
Anyone have an idea as to what unit and battle?
The only Hudson I have found is a George Hudson of the
9th Ark. Inf. But he does not die until 1914.
