"Name dropped from rolls to Mo rolls"?

On a muster roll, it appears to say "Name dropped from rolls to Mo (???) rolls." I think it is Mo but not sure.

Can someone explain what this means? Missouri? Missing? something else?
What does dropped from rolls usually signify?

This individual fought throughout the war.

Thanks in advance for any responses.
