I was working with Bryan Howerton to put together a comprehensive list of the regiment and the fate of everyone but he passed away before we got very far. Adams' claimed 5 killed, 57 wounded, and 8 missing, presumed dead. Shaver, on the other hand, reported 13 killed, 55 wounded and 167 missing. I have identified 108 of the killed, wounded and missing. Based on Shaver's numbers, I still have about 121 missing to identify. As you know many of those fled the field, and I suspect a number of them will be found in the ranks of Union regiments as quite a few of the identified ones already have already been found there.
I have 368 identified men so far that served in the regiment.
