The Skirmishes At Okalona In Clark County on April 2 and April 3 1864 is known as The Battle of The Bees. I personally do not know much about it. I read the account in the book “Shelby and his Men”. Mark Christ wrote a summary of the engagement for the Central Arkansas Library System (CALS) Encyclopedia of Arkansas. As always it is very informative and well written.
