Can anyone please help me.

The two 32 pdr rifles on display in St Charles are said to have been dredged or removed from the river in the 1930s or the 1950s, possibly other dates.

Does anybody have or can find any information about the correct dates?

And who did the dredging or removal?

Was it the Corps of Engineers ? Private Contractor? Other possibilities

I have searched and had no success in finding anything definite.

Any information will be much appreciated.
