Judy, Federal records taken at the time of parole at the end of the war show 3 men from Milton Baber's 45th Arkansas cavalry who were captured in Prairie County on August 6th 1864. They were Wm. Bool and M. Brannon of A. co., and an A.L. Brannon of H. co. The records of the 45th burned in the wagon train on Price's retreat out of Missouri in October/November. I don't know how you could find the names of the killed unless you just happened across a personal account. Good Luck.
