Help me I.D. muzzle loader rifle

Hello, all ...

I inherited an old rifle and need some help. The stock is a beautiful tiger maple. The barrel is approximately 33" long. My father says the barrel is hand rolled and it's octagonal. Most of the fittings appear to be brass. There are 2 triggers. There's also a round tiger maple push rod, also 33" long, held in place by a brass fitting.

The only identifying mark I can find is a metal plate above the triggers. It may be silver or pewter. It's 4 3/4" long and 1" wide in an oval shape. There's a lot of fancy scrollwork, and an engraved hunting dog standing at point. There's a bird flying away from the dog, possibly a grouse. The only word I can make out is (_ _ _ LADELPHIA), which I'm sure is Philadelphia. The metal piece you cock back (I'm sorry, I don't know what this is called) also has scroowork engraved on it.

Obviously I don't know anything about this gun and I would appreciate any help you might give. How old is it? Where was it made?

Thanks.
