Thanks for the reply. I think the 9th Btn SS was filled with men from only Chalmer's Brigade (Hence the nickname "Chalmer's SharpShooters") which consisted of the regiments you listed, plus the 41st. I haven't researched but the 7th and 44th, because 75% of my ancestors were in these 2 regiments.
