I would agree with Terry in that I have one which, except lacking any markings, looks exactly the same. It also includes a ceremonial sword.

I am sorry that I can't tell you for sure at this point what organization it comes from (I believe K.C.). It is not currently in my possession. Mother is in the process of dividing the "family treasures" between me and my brother before she goes and, while she has gotten through the antique fire arms, she has not yet gotten to the sword collection.
