Must have been the Austrian Lorenz, as the arms are described as "Austrian R.M., leaf sights, quadrangular bayonet, .58"

I think most Lorenzes were originally .54 caliber, but a number were rebored to .58 caliber for the U.S. market. And I believe the Lorenz used the quad bayonet.

I presume the Austrian M 1842 was something around .69 caliber, as was the U.S. M 1842.
