The plexiglass case sounds perfect and I know the sponge and water cup theory....I wonder how or where you obtained a plexiglass case that your drum fits into? Seems like a good idea to to do the setup you have and drape a black towel or something over it to keep light from damaging it during the times no one is interested in looking at it. Besides, I'll contact Harpers Ferry too. thanks!
