The Barnett I have has no crown and no engraved lines on the lock.

It has "J. Jones " stamped behind the rear side screw in the stock.

Stamped on the left side of the barrel is:crown over "CP" (the C interlocking with the P). Crown over "V" and then there seems to be two crowns stacked mirror image each other.

I haven't removed the barrel to see if the bore markings are stamped there. I guess thats next.

Does anyone have any info that could shed light on any of these markings.
