Accdg. to Todd's AME, the 6th Connecticut was armed with Enfield rifles from 1862 to 1865.

While this book is generally accurate, the only way to be absolutely sure is to look at the Quarterly Ordnance Returns of that regiment. Qrtrly Ord. Returns are on microfilm at the National Archives.
