a friend of mine as a bayonet that was handed down 2 him and has a few different sets of #'s both on the bayonet and the case that goes over the blade he asked me to try and find out what i could about it and it's history he only knows it is a bayonet we're not sure how old it is but he knows somehow his grandfather gained possession not sure if it was passes down r purchased it is rusted but u can still read the numbers if u would like more info plz email me and if u think u can identify it i have written the numbers down on it and would be grateful for any help thank you
