No matter what they are I would have them both checked out by a gunsmith. Had a buddy almost blow his hand off firing an original Springfield, turns out someone had made a lamp from the rifle and had drilled a hole in the bottom of the barrel for the electric cord. Blew the bottom of the stock off!
