Bullet 1 is .69 caliber French triangle base, M&M # 264. It is French design, but probably made in the US, could have been used by either side but most likely use is Confederate. Most of these come out of the Mississippi campaign. Retail value $15 to $20.

Bullet 2 is .69 caliber English Tower, M&M 215 This relatively scarce bullet is found in all theaters in limited quantity, it was an obsolete pattern by the Civil War, probably English import in limited quantity. Retail value $30 to $40

Bullet 3 is .577 cal English Enfield, with plug cavity, M&M 225 or 228, there are a number of variations. Usually the plug cavity was made in England and imported, the cone cavity (varieties and sizes are endless) were made in the south. Both sides used the Enfield, but use was predominately southern. Value $8 to $10.

Bullet 4 is three ringer. Picture of the base did not make it. Caliber could be 54 58 or 69, measurements will determine caliber or use. Unless this is a rare pattern or it contains an unusual mark in the cavity, this is the most common of all Cviil War bullets, value a buck or two.

Hope this is helpful.
