Dear Sir,

You may want to check out the Compiled Service Records of the officers in the regiment. They often have receipts for issuing or turning in of ordnance and related items. You will need to begin at the regimental commander and work your way down through the staff and company commanders. You may also want to try the General Officers and Staff Compiled Service Records for the Brigade Staff. They may have quarterly ordnance reports that may have some clues.

The microfilm of Compiled Service Records for Georgia troops can be found at the Georgia State Library and Archives (recently moved to Morrow, Georgia), the Chattanooga Public Library (3rd Floor, Chattanooga, TN), Wallace State College (Hanceville, Alabama), and the National Archives in Washington, D.C. The General Officers & Staff Officers Compiled Service Records can be found at the Birmingham Public Library (Birmingham, Alabama), I believe at Wallace State, and the National Archives.

I hope this helps.

Repectfully,
