If indeed you mean Armory, there are two meanings that are applied to that word by collectors.

At the time, the word Armory was a place of manufacture. Springfield Armory, Springfield Mass was the largest maker of small arms. The other Armory in existence at the beginning of the war was Harpers Ferry Armory, Harpers Ferry, Virginia which was destroyed in April 1861 with the tools, machines, and as many arms as could be saved were moved south to Richmond.

Today the word Armory tends to mean a place where arms are stored prior to issue. In the Civil War period, the official name for such places was Arsenal. Both Springfield and Harpers Ferry had Arsenals on their property.

Other Arsenals in the North were:

Allegheny Arsenal, Pittsburgh, PA
Benicia Arsenal, Benicia, CA
Detroit Arsenal, Detroit, MI
Fort Monroe Arsenal, Old Point Comfort, VA (remained in Union hands)
Frankford Arsenal, Philadelphia, PA
Kennebec Arsenal, Augusta, ME
New York Arsenal, Governors Island, NY
Pikesville Arsenal, Baltimore, MD
Saint Louis Arsenal, St. Louis, MO
Vancouver Arsenal, Vancouver, WA
Washington Arsenal, Washington, DC
Watertown Arsenal, Watertown, MA
Watervliet Arsenal, West Troy, NY
