If you mean the American Civil War of 1861-1865, the answer is no. Your "Pat." stands for patented, which in the case of this handgun is 1876, more than 10 years after the Civil War ended. While there are a few firearms (VERY few) that were manufactured before they were patented, I doubt very much if yours is one of them.
