Steve, thanks for the offer, but (there is always a but), you are correct it might not help. My understanding (feeble as it is) is that most of the Louisiana Troops in the ANV got their uniforms and associated equipment out of the Richmond Depot, in Virginia, and not too much came from Louisiana itself.
