Hayes,

Thank you for reposting the company that made those, I have been wanting to look them up. As to the term Tuscaloosa Grey, I think the bone of contention is that the modern fabric that bears that name bears no resemblance to what was originally made there(te repro is a light brown with grey cast), and I dont think anyone used that term at the time, I have seen many references to fabrics by State, Georgia jeans and Kentucky Jeans, but I have never seen Columbus Grey, Chattanooga Blue, etc. Plus dye lots at most fabric factories differed from lot to lot, so they hardly ever had the exact same same color being made at a place.
