Short -dropped Enfield bullet

I have a dropped Confederate Enfield Bullet from Camden, Arkansas area.

It's a short Enfield type with a cone cavity...
Length= .914"
Diameter= .552"
Weight= 438.3 grains

My question is do we know what Confederate Arsenal was producing the short pattern Enfield round?

I have the Civil War Projectiles II book by McKee & Mason, but their references are not much help.
