I have aquired what looks to be a dress cartridge box (it is sewn shut) which is constructed of handcut leather and also looks to be hand sewn. The letters SMA (Southern Military Academy?) within an oval are stamped on the face and it has four brass belt hangers on the rear.

Any help IDing this item would be greatly appreciated.
