I do not have that information at hand, but it *may* be found in Gorgas' report. I don't recall whether his report mentioned other items, other than firearms, that were seized at Mt. Vernon Arsenal. The report is in the Official Records (http://cdl.library.cornell.edu/moa/browse.monographs/waro.html) but I can't direct you to just where in there it it. You'll have to try the search engine.
