Our park, Fort Vancouver NHS, has recently purchased a full size (18') Sibley tent, and although we have managed to get it erected a couple of times, it has been a monumental effort. I would welcome any tricks, short-cuts or proceedures which anyone has found helpful it setting up one of these monsters. At present, we are not using a tripod for the center pole, but we have a fully operational blacksmith shop if one needs to be produced. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
