If the wood handles are factory than it was made after about 1890 as Winchester molds prior to that time had iron handles. The "P" represents a paper patched bullet vs. a grooved bullet. Although not Civil War it's a scarce mold and desirable to single shot collectors. Winchester stopped making molds and loading tools around 1914. By the way it's New Haven, not Ridgehaven, Conn.
