Most of the parts that list that you need are relatively inexpensive. However, the grips may be another story. Follows is a list of grips that one dealer has for sale to fit Colts.

Colt S/A or Navy sized grips, original $250.00
Early squareback Navy grips, Slim Jim, fine $200.00
Original Arsenal Replacement grips-- Mint for 1860 Army $300.00
Fine original burl grips for Colt Pocket Pistol $150.00
Excellent burl repro. grips for 1860 Army $150.00
Original Arsenal Replacement grips-- Mint for 1860 Army $300.00

Now, these are much better grips than you would normally find, so these prices are considerably higher than most. However, for even a decent pair of original Colt grips, you would be looking at $100. I don't know how the price for Remington grips compare. This may be a part for which you should consider using reproduction.

Keep in mind, however, that the gun you have, regardless of condition is a very valuable gun. My guess, based on watching the Confederate attribured firearms market pretty close, is that you have a gun worth close to $2000 in the condition it is in right now. It is worth spending a few bucks on it to make it a good display item. But, out of the items you list, I'd personally only be looking for original parts for the screws and trigger. It's not a matter of the cost difference, but rather the difficulty in finding the originals. I'd probably spend the bucks for original grips, too. However, the rest of those items are basically unseen parts and it shouldn't matter whether they are original or reproduction.
