In the searching I've done I really haven't been able to find
an example that has rays in the lower corners. Everything I've found has a stippled background. And also the location of the number is different.

The quality of items in this estate makes me think it's not a repop but I'd feel better if I could be certain. Heck, doing the research is most of the fun.
