I know your posted your search a long time ago, but I just ran across your 2003 post while researching the hospital my GG Uncle died and hope you haven't changed your e-mail address...

My 3rd Great grandfather, Thomas Jefferson Evans, died April 1862 in a hospital in Tullahoma. I have been told that he is buried in the Maplewood Confederate Cemetary, Tullahoma, Coffee County, Tennessee. Does anyone know if the Confederate graves are marked in this cemetery? I'm trying to decide if it is worth the trip to try and locate his grave. He was in the Sixteenth Tennessee Infantry known as "The Highlanders" from Putnam Co. Tennessee.
