I just purchased three early Colt revolvers. Don't know too much about them, maybe someone could help. Two have a 7.5" round barrel, 6 shot, 44 cal. serial #9032 all matching. On top of barrel is stamped Address Saml. Colt-New York City, Brass square back trigger guard, The cylinder has rectangle stop notches. I did a little research, to me the closest thing I saw was the second model Dragoon. The third Colt is the same as above except this one has a 9" barrel with oval stop notches, serial #1210.
