The above web site list's the three shown as .69, .58, and .54 caliber.
I emailed the owner of the Tennessee Lead web site http://www.tennesseelead.com/ about your question, and got the following...

I don't have much info on this bullet either. Mason & McKee & the Stelma bullet books lists this variety as a GA Troops teat base. The Thomas & Thomas lists as a Southern manufacture bullet. I do not know what arsenal produced these bullets.
