As far as I know it is still open for business, although your phone and e-mail messages don't seem too encouraging.

A couple of months ago I also had some problems getting in touch with them over a period of a week or 10 days. During that time period my e-mails to Ldgwd. were not responded to and phone calls either got a busy signal or their answering machine ... and my messages on their answering machine did not result in return phone calls.

Eventually, I got in touch with Becky by continuing to phone her, but it took a number of tries.

I've dealt with them for many years, and they are good folks. It seems unlikely to me that they have closed, but I can't explain what you have experienced with your e-mail messages ("can not find") and phone recording that their line has been disconnected.
