Tennessee did not officially secede until June, 1861. Her legislature considered a flag and a model was drawn for it - a CS First National with the Tennessee Coat of Arms in the canton.

It was never adopted however. But at least two such flags were made for a couple Tennessee units based on one that survives and a period newspaper description of the other.
