Am I correct in speculation that this is the flag presented to the 1st Ark Inf State troops that became the 15th Arkansas Inf CSA led my Helena icon, Patrick Cleburne? I know there is a documented presentation of flag to the unit up at Hopefield/Mound City area near present day Marion/West Memphis. I probably have this in some of my folders to know for sure. Was there any more info given on the flag?
