This is a new one on me, anyone ever hear of this? Described as, "Balloon Corps Reunion Flag. It was made for the 1913 reunion marking the 50th anniverary of the end of the Balloon Corps. It has an old Military Museum tag on the back. It was donated by the Allen Family in 1956. Also with the flag is a 1863 CDV of James Allen. Also a drawing of Allen in 1895 He was lowe's assistant in the Balloon Corps during the Civil War.
