I have the 148th Pennsylvania losing both of their flags. The US. Department of returned flags, is my source on that.
The 111th NY, lost both of their flags as well. Source: "The 111th NY Vols infantry: A Civil War history. By Martin W. Husk, Page 159".
The 20th Massachusetts Infantry Regiment, lost one flag, I do not know which flag it was, National or Regimental. My source for that, was actually in the 19th Maine's history (Page 241) "The History of the Nineteenth Regiment of Maine Vol Infantry, 1862-1865".
Trying to figure out what flags, MG. Wade Hampton's dismounted cavalry captured is much more difficult.
In the 2nd Brigade, Colonel Murphy, the 164th NY and 8th NY HA lost flags. The 155th NY and 170th NY were also in the brigade.
Colonel T.A. Smyth's brigade was in between Colonel Murphy's brigade and the Union cavalry. Colonel Smyth's brigade: 14th Conn, 1st Del, 2nd Del (2 Co's), 12th NJ, 10th NY (6 Co's), 108th NY, 4th Ohio (4 Co's), 69th PA, 106th PA (3 Co's) and 7th WVA (4 Co's)
BG. Beale's Cavalry brigade, captured 700 Union prisoners alone, Pratt's Squadron took three flags.
Hampton's men were up against Union infantry and Colonel Spear's Cavalry brigade, (11th PA Cav and 1st DC Cavalry). Colonel Smith's Cavalry brigade on the right of Colonel Spear's had the 1st Maine Cav, 2nd PA-4th PA-8th PA-13th PA and 16th PA.
So, overall if MG. Hampton's men captured flags, it was either from Colonel Murphy's brigade, Colonel T.A. Smyth's brigade or the Cavalry under Spears/Smith.
As far as artillery that was captured:
The 1st Rhode Island Batteries "A/B" lost 4-12 Pound Napoleons. (4)
10th Massachusetts Battery lost 4-3 Inch Rifles. (4)
12th NY Battery lost 1--12 Pound Napoleon. (1)
Total artillery lost: 9 pieces. (Reported by LT. General A.P. Hill).
