Amazing find, thank you for that huge help. I do know the 17th Virginia Infantry Regiment captured a flag from the 11th PA Infantry Regiment at Second Bull Run. The fun part is the 17th Va captured a total of Five flags, I just know of that one. I have thoughts on many Union regiments in that area, but no concrete proof.
