As I told Greg I spoke before I should have, I discovered the PDF is on a drive that I left at my sisters. As soon as I get it back I’ll send you a copy. I don’t recall the name of the book but it was quoting the Congressional record of 1814, testimony as to where the trophy flags should be deposited since the War Department had let the flags from the Rev. War fall into disrepair. West Point was the place that receive the flags, except the Naval flags, the Naval Academy has those.
