I found this item for sale and could not find a reference to the 29th Penn. capturing any colors. They had a large number of men captured at Winchester.

Very Cool pair of Captured Confederate Flag Stars from the Battle of Winchester, Virginia. A wonderful ink inscription identifies each as captured from a Rebel Flag by the 29th Pennsylvania.

Each star measures 2 1/2 inches and is painted on blue silk. More research needs to be done to establish the historical framework of this wonderful Confederate artifact."
