I have the Guidon flag pole from the 125th New York that was shot in half at the battle of Gettysburg. It was kept in Maryland GAR hall. When the GAR hall closed the pole was auctioned off. The pole has been with that family since. The flag itself is in the New York State Military museum with notation of it being shot in half at Gettysburg.
