The only records that I have ever seen for the Richmond Depot for making flags dates to 1862. There is a large ledger book at the National Archives that I copied and transcribed some years ago and they have nothing else for the rest of the war. I have never heard of the other ledger books turning up anywhere else either so assume they got lost in the chaos of April 1865.

I have also never heard of any full divisional issue of flags after those of August/September 1863 to Ed Johnson's Division after the Gettysburg Campaign. It seems to have reverted to the brigade by brigade pattern that predated the first divisional issue of April 1863 (DH Hill's, later Robert Rodes' Division).
