Put aside the problems with the "guidons" (odd pattern, wrong material, poor stitiching, forced wear) and step back:

you have two "flags" clearly made by the same hand, both with written notes of provenance (IMO, the same handwriting), both attached to the "flag" in the same manner and location, both received from women, and both in the 1930's.

I say fake all the way.
