I just read carrying the flag by Gorden Rhea. I have in my collection a hand painted, linen flag/ banner of the Richardson Guards from Confedrate Veteran's Day 1890. I believe that the flag that Charles Whilden wrapped himself in at the Mule Shoe is missing. Any information on Whilden, the missing flag, the Richardson Guards, the 1stSC or my flag/banner would be greatly appreciated.
