I have been working with Citizens & Business for 15 years at least at the National Archives and Fold3 now. That search capability really helps but it also misses some of the known flag makers as well. I tried it for some flag makers that I knew of and had files for and they did not come up for some reason. So some of this will still have to be found the old fashioned way.
