I emailed Greg but didn't hear back so thought I would post....I am sure some of you have already done this but thought I would mention it just in case. Has anyone perused the citations to get the names of the men who captured CS flags and the battles and units they belonged to? I noticed a lot of info in their citations.

Also on another topic.... has anyone ran across any flag id's for 7th, 8th or 10th Missouri flags captured at Helena? There are 3 specific mentions of those taken at Battery D by 33rd Iowa and 33rd MO but in the OR report, prior to this event happening, mention is made of the capture of over 350 Missourians who tried to storm Ft Curtis and Helena and were captured "along with their officers and colors". The 10th had the largest number of captured followed by the 8th and then the 7th.
