The state of Wisconsin was a huge help. Very good people to work with, I do wish several other states would be more helpful. I do believe fully 110% that there are many more Wisconsin flags captured, that the state of Wisconsin does not know about. Usually, when I come across a Wisconsin flag, I will email them and alert them about that. (IE: the 21st Wisconsin's flag captured at Chickamauga).
